1. How do I create an account on Teamsync?
- To get started, simply click on the "Sign In with Google" or “Sign in with Apple” button on the home page. You can upload a profile picture and change your username as part of the onboarding flow
2. How do I join a team?
- If you're new to the app, you can enter your team invitation code on the onboarding page. If you’ve already finished the onboarding you can access “My teams” through the settings and add a team from there
3. How do I delete my account?
- If you wish to delete your account, you can do so from the Settings page. Just follow the prompts to delete your profile. Please note, this action is permanent.
4. How can I contact my teammates for upcoming games?
- We’re working on in-app messaging which will be coming soon! For now, you can indicate your availability for games so your teammates know whether you’ll be coming or not.
5. I’m having trouble logging in. What should I do?
- Please check that you're entering the correct details for either your Apple or Google account If you're still having trouble, please reach out to our support team.
